Why can't I view my report?

A generic Social Security Number (SSN) may have been entered. Try entering 6789 as the last four digits of your SSN.

The link to view my report is no longer active. What do I do?

You have 5 days to open and view your report. If opened, you have 24 hours to view your report. If the link is no longer active please e-mail us at customerservice@jdpalatine.com. We will e-mail you with an active link.

Did the employer/company view this report as well?

Yes, the employer/company that ordered the report received a completed copy at the same time you received yours.

Does this report mean I'm eligible?

Our company just provides the background report. To find out about eligibility you would have to contact the employer/company.
